DMK MP Kanimozhi pleads for bail in CBI court in 2G

New Delhi, October 24 (CMC) DMK MP Kanimozhi pleaded today for bail in special CBI court in wake of charges being framed against her in 2G scam.
The special court will hear the bail petition in view of the observation of Supreme Court that the bail petition can be heard only after the charges are framed in the matter.
Two days back the charges were framed against all the 17 accuseds including Kanimozhi in the matter.

The punishment for the crime is very meager till now.
