Varanasi Court accepts complaint against Prashant Bhushan
Varanasi, 19 Oct (CMC) The court of additional chief judicial magistrate (IV) on Tuesday accepted a complaint against Prashant Bhushan, a Supreme Court lawyer and member of Anna Hazare's team, for his statement regarding plebiscite in Kashmir.
A local resident, Kamlesh Kumar, submitted a complaint requesting treason case against Prashant Bhushan for his controversial statement on Jammu and Kashmir. The court accepted the complaint and fixed October 28 for recording the statement of the complainant
