New Delhi, October 24 (CMC) A sp CBI court of Patiala House today reserved its order on the bail application of DMK MP Kanimozhi and four others in the 2G scam for Nov three.
The CBI did not oppose bail to DMK MP Kanimozhi in 2G spectrum case.
It also did not oppose bail plea of KTV MD Sharad Kumar, Asif Balwa, Rajiv Agarwal and Karim Morani.
After hearing the arguments the Special CBI court reserves order on bail plea of Kanimozhi and 4 others.
Order on bail pleas of Kanimozhi, Sharad Kumar, Asif Balwa, Rajiv Agarwal and Karim Morani to be pronounced on November 3.
