Panchkroshi Yatra at its peak at Varanasi

Sanjay Singh/Clean Media Correspondent

Varanasi, Aug 24 (CMC) The famous Panchkroshi yatra started on August 18 in Varanasi has reached its peak, with twenty to twenty five thousand devotees taking the route to encircle the Kashi (Varanasi) everyday.

Out of five major stoppages, the first stoppage is at Kandawa, near Banaras Hindu University. But the district administration at Varanasi is least concerned about the holy Yatra as the routes of the Panchkroshi are full of potholes and garbage which is creating lot of problems for the Hindu devotees.

This is considered to be one of the holiest yatras in the Hindu religion which is a way to Nirvan, Moksha!
