Islamabad: April 28: (CMC) University of Peshawar in Pakistan, the Indian-bornBritish author Salman Rushdie's books is the inclusion of student sprotested.
University Department of English books in the M Phil and PhD course "Midnight's Children" and "Shame" covers. Department of the Faculty Board has approved for the two books.
According to a media report, the Board approved without discussion. Now students have launched a movement against it.They say Rushdie is blasphemous.Cricket-turned-politician Imran Khan few days back in India top articipate in the program was therefore refused to join because itwas Rushdie.
