Still evidence of PC’s involvement in 2G scam: BJP
Clean Media Correspondent
New Delhi, Feb 04 (CMC) In its first reaction after the CBI trial court on Saturday dismissed a plea to make Home Minister P Chidambaram co-accused in the 2G spectrum scam case, the BJP said there are two more courts to rule on this issue.
Senior advocate and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) spokesman Ravi Shankar Prasad said his party still has evidence of Chidambaram’s involvement in the 2G scam case.
The BJP will seek political accountability, he said, adding, “We can’t lose sight of the fact that the Supreme Court has cancelled 122 (telecom) licences” issued in 2008 by A Raja.
A Delhi court today dismissed the petitioner's plea to make Chidambaram an accused in the 2G spectrum allocation case.
