New Delhi: Mar 12: (CMC) After hectic parlays, Congress high-command finally zeroed in on party MP Vijay Bahuguna as the next Chief Minister of Uttarakhand.
Congress general secretary and Uttarkhand incharge Ghulam Nabi Azad made an official announcement here in the capital.
The decision to that effect was made at 10, Janpath, party sources said.
